1 General provisions

  1. This privacy policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data of Customers using the website at https://asdesigning.pl
  2. This privacy policy constitutes the fulfillment of the information obligation incumbent on the Administrator in accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

2 Data processing principles

  1. The Administrator processes the personal data of Customers in accordance with the GDPR.
  2. The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures required by EU law to ensure the protection of personal data processing and to secure personal data against unauthorized access, takeover by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of the regulations and change, loss or destruction.
  3. The Administrator declares that providing data marked on the website as required is voluntary, and at the same time necessary for using the website’s functionality, in particular for the purpose of filling out the contact form or for placing and fulfilling an order.

3 Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data.

Customers’ personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a. fulfilling an order placed via the website (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR);

b. conducting direct marketing of the Administrator’s own services and products, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR);

c. archival or evidential purposes in the event of pursuing claims or in connection with applicable tax law provisions (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

4 Period of storing personal data

Customers’ data will be stored for the following period:

a) data related to the fulfillment of the order – for 5 years from the end of the year in which the sale was made, unless their further storage is justified by the limitation period for claims;
b) data related to the implementation of marketing activities – until an objection is filed;

c) archival purposes and those related to the pursuit of claims and tax law – for the period necessary to achieve this purpose resulting from the provisions of common law.

5 Categories of personal data

In connection with the Customer completing the contact form or placing an order, the Administrator collects, stores and processes: e-mail address, first and last name, telephone number, and in the case of entrepreneurs also the Tax Identification Number and company name;

When using the website, the Administrator automatically collects and gathers information such as IP address, URL address, device identifier, amount of time spent on individual pages, browser type, type and version of the operating system.

6 Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies. They are saved on the end device of the person visiting the website, if the browser allows it.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Customer’s end device and are intended for using the website’s functionalities.
  3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    a) recognizing the device used by the Customer in order to properly display the content of the website;
    b) creating statistics that help understand how customers use websites;
    c) maintaining the Customer’s session of the online store, thanks to which the Customer does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the store.
    d) If the Customer does not agree to the use of cookies by the website, they should change their browser settings in an appropriate manner or refrain from using the online store websites.

7 Sharing data

Personal data of Customers may be transferred to entities to which the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data on the basis of agreements, and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of legal regulations.

In order to perform the agreement concluded via the website and ensure its proper functioning, the Administrator shares personal data of Customers, in particular, with entities providing the following services:
a) transport;
b) banking
